The airbase at Al Uedid is the center piece of this flight simulator scenery with the focus on detail and functionality. It has been rendered with Satellites maps with the main facilitates all placed with real
world coordinates. Base layers of sand and ground swirl with the wind and custom ambiance sounds fill the air. Two of the ramps have an auto refuel capacity with moving fuel trucks and other ground vehicles. The AI here is beyond description and supersedes all previous methods and designs used anywhere on the net. Security vehicles patrol the outer ring while support vehicles tend to the tankers and fighters.

Above you can see 4 vehicles moving at once all doing their own thing!

In some areas you will see sentries and other soldiers going about various duties.

The main ramp is always busy. Fuel trucks and support vehicles are constantly driving around and there is a tank truck waiting for you as soon as you begin. KC-135s arrive and depart every 5 mins and they fly over Iraq. The F-15's have to compete for taxi clearance!

Hundreds of custom objects surround the airbase like "Tent City", supply hangars and shed.

This is an FS2002 design first. This low detail missile frigate holds a surprise inside: 20 BGM109s That's right! This model actually fires Tomahawk missiles toward Iraq. You can fly along with them in chase view, use AI Map or AI view.

This is the first floor of the command center lovingly rendered in GMAX. Upstairs? The Control tower.

The defenses of the airbase are left with the very able Patriot antimissile system.
