Convair B36 Peacemaker
Convair B36 Peacemaker. The B-36 was the last propeller bomber used by the USAF, and one that never saw any "war" action. This model represents aircraft #5721 that appeared in the film Strategic Air Command. Model includes animated gear, rudder, elevators, bomb-bays and detail crew and cockpit as well as stearable nose wheel. One of the actual member of the crew, Mr John Zimmerman, helped with the details.
