The original decision was reached in September 1976 to begin construction of a twin-engined prototype, in parallel with the Mirage 2000 fighter project, which had been selected by the French Government. One aircraft being in fact technically derived from the other, design work and construction were arranged at the same time for both, their first flight being however scheduled with an interval of one year. This 20-ton Mach 2 aircraft was developed and built as a private venture by the French aeronautical industry, and particularly by Dassault-Breguet, responsible for the airframe and for the complete integration of all equipment items.

The Ilyushin Il-28 is a jet bomber aircraft that was originally manufactured for the Soviet Air Force and was the USSR's first such aircraft to enter large-scale production. The NATO reporting name for the type is Beagle for the bomber, Il-28R reconnaissance version, and Il-28T torpedo-bomber, and Mascot for the Il-28U trainer version.

Lockheed C-121 with the "A" prefix was the military version of the L-749 model. The US Air Force ordered ten C-121As in 1948. Only nine were built and first one on the production was produced quite different from the others, designated VC-121B. Thus, the Air Force had a "B" model before it had an "A" model. The "A" tail numbers were 48-609 -- 617. In 1950 they were sent back to Lockheed to be upgraded to haul VIPs, replacing aging C-54s (Douglas DC-4s), with designation VC-121A.

The Dassault Mirage G8 was a twin engine fighter with variable sweep wings ("swing wings"), a very singular design for a Dassault aircraft. The Mirage G8 flew for the first time on May 8th, 1971, and demonstrated immediately an impressive level of performance, reaching Mach 2.04 during its 3rd flight ... The G8 was one of the guest stars during Paris Air Show in 1971.

This is the DSB Hawk 115 export version which is a Hawk 100, which is a two seat advanced weapons trainer with advanced avionics. Textured in the Canadian Forces colors it fly’s out of CFB Cold Lake with 419 squadron and out of CFB Moose jaw with the Big 2 training squadron. This includes the model saves a lot of looking around and a dxt version which works great as a AI aircraft.
