This file contains a major upgrade to my recently released addon Flight Simulator x helicopter Chinook US Armed Forces file. This file has new replacement repaint textures and also incudes the original CH-47D Chinook model by Mark Adams & Tom Woods. No other files are necessary. This upgrade contains vast improvements including newly compressed texture files for significantly improved performance and space savings with minimal impact to image quality. All repaints now include actual unit markings and improved olive drab color.

This addon is a repaint of the Cessna O-1G Bird Dog in the livery of Aviation Command, ROC (Taiwan) Army. Taiwan operated variants of the Bird Dog from 1956 until the 1980s for liaison, artillery spotting, airstrike coordination, and other missions. Textures only.

This contains only the Magic One variation, and uses stock FSX gauges to approximate Bill Lyon's original virtual cockpit. The first production Travel Air B established such a good reputation in the First National (Ford) Air Tour in 1925 that the company sold 19 the same year. In 1928 the model B was designated the Model 2000. Orders increased until 1930, when Model 2000 production ceased, with 1,550 built. One of the classic aircraft of the late 1920s, the Travel Air 2000 replaced the aging Curtiss Jenny trainer that was fast becoming ragged due to its popularity on the barnstorming circuit. Designed with the local airport operator in mind, the rugged, all-purpose trainer was produced with a liquid-cooled, V-8 Curtiss OX-5 engine, one of the most economical and available due to the large military surpluses.
