This simulation is a continuing series of off-line virtual aviation simulations first introduced in 1997. In 2006 a series of Virtual Airline programs were introduced to provide a place where virtual pilots with limited time prevented their involvement with a heavily structured programs and programs that required it's members flights to be flown on-line with one of the interactive ATC facilities.

| Planesimulation is proud to present Diego Garcia airbase and Wasp Amphibious assault ship package. Diego Garcia is a part of the British Indian Ocean Territory and is located in the Chagos Archipelago in the Indian Ocean. The Air strip is a sufficient length to accommodate bombers such as the B-1, B-2 and B-52. In the turning basin The WASP class assault vessel is off- loading LCAC hovercrafts that ferry back and forth while helicopters and other traffic buzz around.

This FS9 scenery includes AI with base security provided by M2A3s, M1A1s, aircraft such as F-15 and KC-135s, refuel trucks and Tomahawk guided missiles headed for Iraq.
Head north to Baghdad and fly straight into the storm! Effects such as SAM missiles and flak from AAA fire put you right in the fight. Scenery includes fx and sounds to give
the airbase and other scenery areas a more realistic feel. If you have a copy of FS9 download this program, strap in and fly your favourite military aircraft during the first phase of Operation Iraqi Freedom.

| This Navy/Marines task force includes 2 Wasp class amphibious assault ships along with their array of support vessels. Along the Coast F-15's and F-16's conduct sorties while A-10's provide close air support for incoming LCAC's on the beachhead. Due to the sensitivity of the mission special ops are simultaneously storming the facilities essentially taking them intact. The user in this mission scenery can pilot or drive a multitude of support missions including launches from the WASP vessels. Special effects and sounds provide a realism that Gulf War pt. 1 included plus Planesimulation's own killer AA and RPG hard shells - you may be shot down!! |
