1. VISITORS / MEMBERS AGREEMENT and RULES OF CONDUCT for the Planesimulation.com Web Site

Use and participation in Planesimulation.com Web site is contingent upon your acceptance of the following terms and rules. By using our Web site, you accept these terms. In addition, your continued use of our Web sites after a change has been made to the policies of our Web site implies your assent to those changes.

2. RULES OF CONDUCT

Planesimulation.com is not responsible for any material uploaded, posted on our message boards, reviews system or other forums.

a. You shall not post or transmit through Planesimulation.com's Web sites any defamatory, threatening, obscene, harmful, pornographic or other material which would violate or infringe in any way upon the rights of ourselves or others. Further, you shall not post or transmit through Planesimulation.com any material which advertises or otherwise solicits funds or is a solicitation for goods or services. We are a non-profit site and do not accept solicitations.

b. You shall not upload, post or transmit through Planesimulation.com's Web sites any advertisements, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or spamming of the same message to multiple boards.

3. VISITOR'S INDEMNIFICATION / OBLIGATIONS

a. While Planesimulation.com recognizes that its message boards and review system may be regarded as a public forum. Planesimulation.com reserves the right to remove any postings to our message boards at our sole discretion.

7. MEMBERS

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supercedes all prior or contemporaneous written or oral agreements between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof. This agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the province of Ontario, Canada.

Membership terms in brief.
a. We are a private site with revenue generated by our Super User Memberships.

b. Donations are appreciated. These would be used for the maintenance of the server.

c. By using a password you agree that you are originating from the computer that your IP was registered with when logging on.

d. By using a password you agree pursuant to fair use that you are entering a protected site with (passwords/firewalls) for the purpose of sharing resources.

e. The files contained within the site once copied to your computers hardrive are your responsibility as described in our disclaimer.

f. You agree that the ads/banners on this site are for the servers upkeep and maintenance.

g. You agree that if you gained entry to the member area through a password other than the one issued to you when your IP was parsed you have violated the terms of agreement.
